I was one of 5 delegates attending The LaMP programme in Autumn 2024. The small size of the group enabled excellent communication of the principles delivered by yourself, plus the combination of taught, lone and group work provided an ideal balance of techniques which was useful in keeping attention focussed over the eight week course.

The ultimate aim of attending the course was to enable me to put into place a plan to develop (the new regional) office. The principles that I learnt and practiced during the course enabled me to do this in a well-considered and controlled manner.

The fact that the delegates came from different industries from mine, plus the varied personality types of the delegates, was also useful as it enabled exposure to many different perspectives.
