IMPACT! Was a great program for me, it pushed me out of my comfort zones to become better in skills I struggled with such as presenting, self-motivation and self-confidence.

I am the type of person who would sit on the fence a lot when making decisions or taking part. I would never put myself forward and I would usually miss out on different opportunities. This training program has taught me to have confidence in myself by using different learning tools either when presenting or taking on new challenges. It has taught me the how a positive attitude can affect your outlook on yourself and others.

After being on this training programme, I feel a lot more confident in myself and have decided to put myself forward for more opportunities, to keep building myself up. I would strongly recommend this course for anyone, either to build up your self-confidence or to develop those skills you already have.
