Dear Dave,

Many thanks for facilitating the LAMP training course through October and November 2023. I found the course very engaging and relevant and some of the concepts you introduced I find am using every day. Simple ideas presented so well such as the W3 (What did we do well, What didn’t go well, What did we learn?) and TWS, Think, Write, Share, are now used as standard in our project meetings. I particularly enjoyed the R,E,A,L presentations, presenting a weekly report on how I implemented some of the concepts learnt from the week before. It was interesting and reassuring that others in the group were facing similar challenges to my own and more importantly, how they overcame them.

Finally, as the course progressed, I found that the concepts that I have learnt and am beginning to implement, are very relevant to the KLA core business values. These are

* Drive to better – The course was demanding and pushed us beyond our sub-conscious limits. Always looking for ways to improve ourselves.

* High Performing Teams – As I’ve introduced the concepts learnt on the course, in particular the coaching sessions, I have seen the performance of my team leaders improve. People are learning the course content from me and starting to implement which is great to see.

This course for me has been very worthwhile. I hope, as my career progresses, to be able to send my colleagues on the LAMP and IMPACT training courses in the future.
